Member Site Requirement: To be eligible for refunds or cancellations, customers must be registered member on our website. Site Member Sign up allows us to provide you with better service and ensures a smoother transaction process.

Refunds/Cancellations: We understand that sometimes products may not meet your expectations or that circumstances may change. Therefore, we offer the option to cancel or refund your purchase under the following conditions:

Store Credit: We do not offer full refunds or cancellations on products. However, we provide store credit that can be used towards services at our spa, and other products/items at Kai Vida Face Spa.
Return within 5 Days: To be eligible for store credit, the product must be returned to us or be in our possession within 5 days of the purchase date.
No Refunds after 5 Days: If we do not receive the product within the specified 10-day period, we are unable to offer store credit or any refund.

How to Initiate a Refund/Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order or request a refund for a product, please follow these steps:
